About the client
Established in 1983, Universitas Junior Enterprise is the Budapest affiliate of Meló-Diák, the largest student job network in Hungary. With more than 40 offices, they offer the most open jobs in the country. They have around 35,000 student employees annually, serving 4,000 clients.
About the project
Mentorprogram is an innovation gamification based e-learning platform that was developed by Konstruktor's fantastic product team. Students can earn points and badges as they work at jobs provided by Meló-Diák. The platform also provides ways for the students to improve practical skills like communication and management.
