Planning & Trading is a leading importer of air conditioning units. Known for its comprehensive offerings, PT not only supplies residential A/C units but also provides industrial units for large-scale projects. To stay ahead in a competitive market, PT sought to improve operational efficiency and deliver exceptional value to its clients through digital solutions.

Challenge

While PT successfully uses SAP Business One (B1) for day-to-day operations, the software lacks many client-facing components needed for their industry-specific needs. As PT continued to scale, it became clear that the existing system was not sufficient to meet the demands of its evolving business model.

The challenge was to develop a fully automated solution that could handle PT's unique workflows, both internally and externally, while integrating seamlessly with SAP B1.

This platform not only allows customers to browse and purchase air conditioning units easily but also provides additional features like personalized recommendations, real-time product availability, and seamless checkout processes. The webshop integrates with internal tools, ensuring that customers receive the most up-to-date information and efficient service.
