1Data controller

2Purpose and legal basis of processing

The Controller processes personal data solely for the purpose of handling contact requests: to be able to reply to messages addressed to it.

The legal basis is the data subject’s consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by sending the message. Consent may be withdrawn at any time; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing.

3Categories of data processed

The Controller processes the following data in connection with a contact request:

• ·e-mail address
• ·company name (if provided)
• ·the content of the message

4Duration of processing

Data is stored for 1 year from the date of contact, unless the data subject requests earlier deletion.

5Recipients and processors

The Controller does not transfer personal data to third parties. The website’s hosting and delivery provider, acting as a processor, is Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL (hosting: S3 and CloudFront, e-mail delivery: SES; privacy notice: aws.amazon.com/privacy).

The website uses no cookies.

6Rights of the data subject

Under the GDPR, the data subject has the right to:

7Remedies

Complaints may be lodged with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH; 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9-11., Hungary; www.naih.hu), and the data subject may also turn to court.
